Skills / Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Strong command over Next.js (SSR, API routes, routing, performance optimization)
• Solid experience with NestJS (controllers, modules, services, guards, interceptors)
• Deep understanding of MongoDB and Mongoose (schema design, indexing, aggregation)
• Proficient with React Query for state management and data fetching
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and ideally GraphQL
• Experience with authentication flows (JWT, OAuth)
• Version control using Git and GitHub/GitLab
• CI/CD understanding is a plus

Experience Required: 3-5 Years as a MERN Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• Implement efficient backend logic using NestJS
• Build SEO-friendly and high-performance UIs using Next.js
• Integrate frontend and backend via well-structured APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and QA for product delivery
• Participate in code reviews and team stand-ups
